More than 30 participants from public and civil sector, businessmen and people active in region participated, in line with the multistakeholder target group of the project. ReFace project brought together people from different fields to examine what resilience means and what factors help to build and sustain strong regions. The Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur Region won the European Entrepreneurial Region (REE) 2021-2022 prize, whose theme was &#8220;entrepreneurship for a sustainable recovery&#8221;. Awarded each year by the European Committee of the Regions (CoR), this label of excellence is awarded to territories of the European Union which have demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial foresight and a strategy of intelligent growth taking into account the major societal challenges, in particular this year the management of the covid-19 epidemic.The ReFace project created space in which business sector, academic sector, municipalities and government agencies meet while facing regional challenges.
