La reciente ocurrencia de muchas adversidades graves a nivel internacional ha suscitado nuevas dudas sobre la disponibilidad de recursos eficientes y conocimientos adecuados para una pronta reacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El fortalecimiento de la resiliencia regional es fundamental para garantizar la capacidad de prosperar a pesar de las adversidades y las crisis.
